MountainMuse provides information on cultural events and festivals in Canada’s mountain regions. By accessing our website or registering for events, you accept these terms.
Event Registration Policy
Participants agree to:
Provide accurate information when registering for events.
Notify us of any changes to their registration promptly.
Pay applicable ticket fees at the time of booking.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event date.
Partial refunds (50%) apply for cancellations made 7-13 days before the event date.
No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.
Administrative fees may apply for modifications to event bookings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in British Columbia courts.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
